The Overseas sits at the far edge of the Main Estate, where the pavement ends, the air gets heavier, and things feel just a little less… supervised.

Inspired by the French overseas territories, this is Le Chateau in a more raw, unfiltered form. Dense jungle, dusty roads, flickering neon, and that constant tropical humidity that makes everything feel slightly slower, slightly louder, slightly more unpredictable.

On one side, you have the Guiana-inspired stretch. The Motel that have seen things. A trailer park that somehow never sleeps. Narcos-style hideouts where the architecture alone raises a few questions.

On the other, St-Chateau. A softer kind of escape. Caribbean waters, colorful colonial facades, surf, boats, and the illusion that you’ve completely left the rest of the estate behind.

The Overseas isn’t about perfection. It’s about atmosphere. A little rough, a little chaotic, and a lot more alive than it probably should be.​
